What is Life without your Health?
The Wellness Engineer
Increase your Efficacy
ABOUT ME
Growing up with a parent that was ill, I was surrounded by wellness products and preached to about having a healthy lifestyle. Fortunately, I stayed active and maintained great health, but unfortunately due to several reasons both of my parents passed from chronic health issues. Subconsciously, this made me hyper aware of my overall wellbeing and the topic of sports, nutrition, and science became topics that I took interest in. At the time wellness was more of a fun talking subject but after 10 years I found myself passionate about many topics regarding wellness. Being a first-generation university student, I pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering for the financial stability and my interest in science. As an engineer, I realized that I love problem solving and helping others find root causes. This skillset appeared in my own personal wellness journey and it sparked the idea for me to re-visit my passion. This is when health and wellness coaching became a passion project.
My "Why"

2. Invest into people's health and mindset instead of things.
3. Add value on a large scale that will outlive me.
4. Create a worldwide impact.
5. Serve the kingdom at the highest level that I am capable of doing.
I am currently in the process of finishing my coaching program and in parallel building my Wellness Coaching Practice, Wellness Engineer, LLC.
